Exclusive Interview with Melbourne United's Midfield Maestro, Sophie Daigle

Reporter: Sophie, you've been in exceptional form this season with Melbourne United. How have you managed to maintain your high level of performance at the age of 33?

Sophie: Thank you! It's all about taking care of my body now more than ever. I used to indulge in fast food a lot in my younger days, but now I've switched to a healthier keto diet. It has really made a difference in my stamina and overall fitness on the pitch.

Reporter: Your coach has praised your work ethics both on and off the pitch. Can you tell us more about your approach to training and practice?

Sophie: I take my career very seriously, and I believe that hard work and dedication are key to success. I spend a lot of time studying my opponents and working on improving my skills. But of course, I also know how to have fun and let loose once in a while to keep a good balance.

Reporter: What has been your favorite match so far this season?

Sophie: I would have to say our match against MAY. They are always tough opponents, and it's always a thrilling game when we face off against them. I love the challenge of defending against their attacking players.

Reporter: And finally, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Sophie: Well, not many people know this, but I actually have a twin sister who is a professional basketball player. We have a sibling rivalry when it comes to sports, but we also support each other in our respective careers. It's always fun to compete against her on the court or the pitch.

Reporter: Thank you for your time, Sophie, and best of luck for the rest of the season with Melbourne United.

Sophie: Thank you, it was a pleasure to chat with you.
