Antwain Rose: As a young player, I wasn't the most health-conscious. But as I've gotten older and more experienced, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body to prolong my career. I've been focusing on eating healthier, like following a keto diet and cutting back on fast food. It has definitely made a difference in my performance and overall well-being.

Reporter: Lastly, let's talk about your favorite club to play against and your favorite formation and play style. Why do you enjoy facing SLB and what makes the 4-4-2 formation and defending play style your preferences?

Antwain Rose: I love playing against SLB because they always bring out the best in me. The competition is fierce, and it pushes me to elevate my game. As for the 4-4-2 formation and defending play style, I feel most comfortable and effective in that setup. I enjoy the structure and teamwork required in defending, and it allows me to showcase my skills on the pitch.
