Exclusive Interview with Melbourne United's Midfielder Emma Fritz

Interviewer: Thank you for taking the time to speak with us, Emma. Let's start off with your recent form, which has been exceptional. How have you managed to maintain such a high level of performance at the age of 41?

Emma Fritz: Thank you for having me. It's all about hard work and dedication. I have always been someone who is willing to put in the extra hours on the training ground to improve my game. As I've gotten older, I've had to make adjustments to my lifestyle to ensure that I can continue to compete at a high level.

Interviewer: You mentioned making adjustments to your lifestyle. How has your approach to health and fitness changed over the years?

Emma Fritz: When I was younger, I definitely wasn't the most health-conscious player on the pitch. But as I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've started to focus more on proper nutrition and recovery methods to prolong my career. Less fast food and more keto, as they say.

Interviewer: That's great to hear. Now, you've mentioned that you enjoy playing against IDF the most. What is it about facing them that you find so appealing?

Emma Fritz: IDF always brings out the best in me. They are a tough team to play against, and I thrive on the challenge. Plus, the rivalry between our clubs adds an extra level of intensity to the matches.

Interviewer: Lastly, can you tell us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Emma Fritz: Well, despite my intense dedication to the game, I do have a soft spot for gardening. It's a way for me to relax and unwind after a long day of training and matches.

Interviewer: Thank you for sharing that with us, Emma. It's been a pleasure speaking with you.

Emma Fritz: Likewise. Thank you for having me.
