Reporter: Hello Helen, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start off by talking about your recent injury. How are you feeling and when can we expect to see you back on the field?

Helen: Thank you for having me. I'm definitely feeling frustrated about being sidelined, but I'm working hard on my recovery and hoping to be back in action soon. Hopefully, I'll be able to return to the pitch in the next few weeks.

Reporter: That's great to hear. Despite not being able to play this season, how do you think Melbourne United has been performing so far?

Helen: I think the team has been doing well, considering the challenges we've faced. We're currently in 4th place, and I believe we have the potential to climb even higher in the rankings. I have faith in my teammates and our coaching staff.

Reporter: It's clear that you have a strong work ethic and dedication to your sport. Can you tell us a bit about your practice routine and how you stay healthy?

Helen: My practice routine is everything to me. I spend hours each day working on my skills and fitness to improve as a player. I prioritize my health above all else, making sure to eat well, rest properly, and take care of my body to ensure a long and successful career in football.

Reporter: That dedication is truly admirable. Do you have any favorite memories or rivalries from your time playing with Melbourne United?

Helen: One of my favorite memories was playing against SON, as they always bring out the best in me. They're a tough team to beat, but I thrive on the challenge. As for rivalries, I always enjoy a good defensive battle on the field. I love the intensity and strategy that comes with defending.

Reporter: Before we wrap up, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Helen: One random fact about me is that I have a secret passion for cooking. I find it to be a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of training. Plus, it's a fun way to experiment with new flavors and dishes.

Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Helen. We wish you a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing you back on the field soon.

Helen: Thank you for the well wishes. I can't wait to get back out there and show what I can do.
