Exclusive Interview with Midfield Maestro Cheri Roche
Reporter: Cheri, thank you for sitting down with us today. How do you feel about being on the transfer list for Rotorua Savages?
Cheri Roche: It's always tough to hear that your club is looking to move you on, but I understand that it's a business at the end of the day. I'm just focused on giving my best for the team until any decisions are made.
Reporter: You've only played one match this season, yet your form has been exceptional. How have you managed to stay in such good shape despite the lack of playing time?
Cheri Roche: I believe in maintaining a high level of fitness and being prepared for when my opportunity arises. I work hard in training and make sure to take care of my body off the pitch as well. It's all about staying ready and being professional.
Reporter: What is your favorite memory from your time at Rotorua Savages so far?
Cheri Roche: Definitely our match against ROY last season. They're a tough team to play against, but I thrive in those high-pressure games. It was a great feeling to help the team secure a win against such a strong opponent.
Reporter: And finally, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Cheri Roche: Well, not many people know this, but I'm actually a talented artist. I love to paint in my free time and find it to be a great way to relax and unwind from the pressures of the game.
Reporter: That's fascinating! Thank you for sharing that with us, Cheri. We wish you all the best with your future endeavors, on and off the pitch.
Cheri Roche: Thank you for having me. It's been a pleasure.
