Juanda Alda: Thank you for having me. I think my serious practice ethics and dedication to constantly improve have played a big role in my current form. I always strive to be the best I can be, both on and off the pitch.

Reporter: Your coach has mentioned that he loves your work ethics. How do you balance your dedication to your career with having fun in your personal life?

Juanda Alda: It's all about finding the right balance. I make sure to invest time in my career and take my training seriously, but I also know how to relax and have fun when needed. It's important to have a well-rounded approach to life.

Reporter: Speaking of life off the pitch, do you have any healthy habits that contribute to your overall well-being?

Juanda Alda: Definitely. I believe in maintaining a healthy lifestyle by eating well, exercising regularly, and getting enough rest. But at the same time, I also enjoy indulging in some guilty pleasures every now and then. It's all about moderation.

Reporter: Let's talk a bit about your favorite club to play against, BDB. What is it about facing them that you enjoy?

Juanda Alda: BDB always brings out the best in me. They are a tough opponent, but I thrive on the challenge. It's always a thrilling match against them.

Juanda Alda: Well, I actually have a passion for cooking. When I'm not on the pitch, you can often find me experimenting in the kitchen and trying out new recipes. It's a great way for me to relax and unwind.
