Exclusive Interview with Mumbai Leopards' Midfielder Hansel Albert

Reporter: Hansel, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. It's been reported that you are on the transfer list at Mumbai Leopards. Can you shed some light on that situation?
Hansel: Yes, it's true. The club has made it clear that they are looking to move me on. It's a tough situation to be in, but I understand that it's part of the business of football. I just have to stay focused and continue to work hard, whether that's with Leopards or another club.
Reporter: Despite not playing any matches this season, your recent form has been exceptional. How do you stay motivated and prepared without regular game time?
Hansel: It's all about my mindset. I know that I have the ability to perform at the highest level, so I have to be ready when my chance comes. I train like every day is a match day, pushing myself to improve and stay sharp. I have to stay mentally strong and trust in my abilities.
Reporter: Your dedication to your craft is evident, with your intense practice ethic and focus on maintaining your health. Can you tell us more about how you prioritize your football career above all else?
Hansel: Football is my life. I have sacrificed a lot to get to where I am today, and I am willing to sacrifice even more to continue playing at the highest level. I have to take care of my body and stay disciplined in my training and lifestyle choices. It's not always easy, but it's what I love to do.
Reporter: You have mentioned that your favorite club to play against is SUN. Is there a specific reason for this preference?
Hansel: SUN has always been a tough opponent for me, but I enjoy the challenge. Their style of play forces me to elevate my game, and I thrive in those high-pressure situations. It's always a battle when we face off, and I love that competitive edge.
Reporter: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Hansel: Well, despite my intense focus on football, I do have a passion for cooking. When I'm not training or preparing for matches, I like to experiment in the kitchen and try out new recipes. It's a way for me to relax and unwind, even if it's just for a short time. Cooking allows me to express my creativity in a different way.
Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Hansel. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors, wherever they may take you.
Hansel: Thank you. I appreciate the support.
