Sweden Quist: I treat my body like my most important asset. I prioritize rest, nutrition, and recovery to ensure that I am always in peak physical condition. I may have to turn down late nights or other activities, but it is all worth it in the long run to have a successful and healthy career.
Interviewer: Is there a particular club that you look forward to playing against the most?
Sweden Quist: I always enjoy playing against GRR. They are a tough opponent, but I thrive on the challenge and love the competitive nature of those matches.
