Exclusive Interview with Olympians Cariocas Defender Sejla Corum

Reporter: Good afternoon Sejla, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start off by discussing your practice ethics. How would you describe your approach to training and preparation for matches?
Sejla: Thank you for having me. I would say that I am not the hardest worker out there, but I also don't slack off. I make sure to put in the work required to meet the expectations of the club. And of course, I never turn down an opportunity to have fun as long as it doesn't interfere with my performance on the pitch.
Reporter: That's great to hear. It's important to find a balance between work and play. Now, let's talk about your health habits. How have they evolved over the years, and what steps have you taken to prolong your career?
Sejla: When I was younger, I wasn't the most health-conscious player on the pitch. But as I've gotten older and more experienced, I've started to adopt healthier habits. I've cut back on fast food and started following a more keto-friendly diet. It's all about taking care of my body so I can continue playing at a high level for as long as possible.
Reporter: That's a smart approach. Now, let's switch gears a bit. Can you tell us about your favorite club to play against and why?
Sejla: My favorite club to play against is GYM. They always bring out the best in me and the competition is fierce. It's always a great challenge to face off against them on the pitch.
Reporter: And finally, can you share an interesting fact about your life that fans may not know about you?
Sejla: Well, one random fact about me is that I used to be a competitive swimmer before I switched to football. Swimming actually helped me build up my endurance and strength, which has definitely benefitted me on the pitch.
Reporter: That's fascinating! Thank you for sharing that with us, Sejla. We wish you all the best for the rest of the season with Olympians Cariocas.
Sejla: Thank you, it's been a pleasure.
