Exclusive Interview with Olympians Cariocas Midfielder Finis Jeter

Reporter: Thank you for taking the time to speak with us, Finis. Let's start off by discussing your current form this season. Despite not playing any matches so far, you have been in exceptional form. How do you manage to stay sharp without regular game time?
Finis Jeter: Well, football is important to me, but so is having fun and spending time with my family. I may not be known for putting in the extra work, but I still find a way to make it work. I guess you could say I have a wide range of interests.
Reporter: That is certainly an interesting approach. How do you manage to maintain your exceptional skill level despite your laid-back practice ethics?
Finis Jeter: I think it's a combination of natural talent and a love for the game. I may not always be the hardest worker, but when I step out onto the field, I give it my all. And let's not forget, I do enjoy defending and playing in a 3-5-2 formation.
Reporter: Speaking of your playing style, you seem to thrive in matches against OSV. What is it about facing them that brings out the best in your game?
Finis Jeter: I don't know what it is, but whenever we play against OSV, I just seem to elevate my game. Maybe it's the rivalry or the challenge they pose, but I always look forward to those matches.
Reporter: Lastly, it's no secret that you have a reputation for not taking the best care of your body. How do you plan on ensuring that you can continue to perform at a high level as you get older?
Finis Jeter: (laughs) Well, my body may be more of a ruin than a temple, but I've never let that stop me before. I've partied all night before cup finals, powered through injuries and concussions. I may not age well, but I'll continue to give it my all on the field for as long as I can.
Reporter: Thank you for your time, Finis. It's been a pleasure speaking with you. Good luck for the rest of the season.
Finis Jeter: Thank you, I appreciate it.
