Exclusive Interview with Olympians Cariocas Midfielder Heidy Schultz

Heidy: Well, I believe it's a combination of my experience on the field and my natural talent as a midfielder. I try to always stay focused and make the most out of every opportunity that comes my way.

Interviewer: Your practice ethics have been a topic of discussion among fans and critics. How do you respond to those who call you lazy?

Heidy: I think everyone has their own way of approaching practice and I prefer to have a balanced approach. Football is important to me, but I also value spending time with my family and having fun outside of the game. So, while some may see me as lazy, I believe I have a wide range of interests that contribute to my overall well-being.

Interviewer: You have a healthy lifestyle and maintain good habits. How do you manage to strike a balance between staying healthy and still enjoying life?

Heidy: It's all about moderation for me. I make sure to eat well, exercise regularly, and get enough rest, but I also believe in treating myself and indulging in things that bring me joy. Life is too short to constantly worry about being perfect.

Interviewer: What is your favorite club to play against and why?

Heidy: I always enjoy playing against SON. They have a strong team and it's always a challenging match, which pushes me to perform at my best.

Interviewer: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life that fans may not know?

Heidy: Well, I actually have a passion for painting in my free time. It's a creative outlet for me and helps me relax and unwind after a tough match.
