Exclusive Interview with Olympians Cariocas Midfielder Kierstin Herman
Reporter: Kierstin, thank you for sitting down with us for this exclusive interview. How do you feel about your recent performance on the field, scoring a goal in just two matches played this season?
Kierstin: Thank you for having me. It's always great to contribute to the team's success, and scoring that goal was definitely a highlight for me. I always strive to give my best on the field, and I'm glad it's paying off.
Reporter: Your practice ethic is known to be extremely intense, with your sole focus being on thriving as a footballer. Can you tell us more about your dedication to the sport?
Kierstin: Football is my passion, my life. I believe that to be the best, you have to give your all every single day. That's why I have no friends, no fun outside of football. I'm constantly working to improve my game, to be the best midfielder I can be.
Reporter: With Olympians Cariocas currently ranking 3rd in the league, what are your goals for the team this season?
Kierstin: Our goal is to win the league, plain and simple. We have a talented squad, and I believe we have what it takes to come out on top. We just need to stay focused, work hard, and continue to improve with each game.
Reporter: You mentioned that your favorite club to play against is LEO. Can you tell us why that is?
Kierstin: LEO always brings out the best in me. Their style of play challenges me to think quickly and adapt on the field. It's always a tough match, but I thrive in those competitive situations.
Reporter: Lastly, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Kierstin: Well, despite my intense dedication to the sport, I do have a soft spot for animals. I volunteer at a local animal shelter in my free time, helping to care for and find homes for abandoned pets. It's a way for me to give back to the community and take a break from the intensity of football.
