Chong Long: Thank you for having me. Well, I believe in constantly challenging myself and pushing my limits, whether it's on the pitch or off. I may not have played any matches yet, but I make sure to stay sharp and ready for whenever my chance comes.

Interviewer: Your practice ethics have been described as not the hardest worker but also not the worst. How do you balance having fun with putting in the necessary work to succeed?

Chong Long: It's all about finding the right balance. I believe in working hard when it's time to work, but also enjoying the moments of relaxation and fun. As long as I can meet the expectations of the club and deliver when it matters, I see no harm in having a bit of fun.

Interviewer: Your healthiness has been a topic of discussion, with reports of partying before important matches and playing through injuries. How do you manage to maintain your performance despite these challenges?

Chong Long: I've always been someone who thrives under pressure and adrenaline. I know my body well enough to push through certain obstacles, but I also understand the importance of taking care of myself in the long run. It's all about knowing when to push and when to pull back.

Interviewer: Lastly, can you share with us an interesting fact about your life that fans may not know?

Chong Long: One interesting fact about me is that I have a secret talent for cooking. Whenever I have some free time, I love experimenting in the kitchen and trying out new recipes. It's a great way for me to relax and unwind outside of football.
