Interviewer: John, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start with your recent form at Porto Alegre International. How do you feel you've been performing so far this season?

John Noar: Thank you for having me. I think I've been doing well, but there's always room for improvement. I try to give my best on the pitch and help the team as much as I can.

Interviewer: You mentioned that you're not the hardest worker on the pitch, but you also put in the work. How do you balance having fun with meeting the expectations of the club?

John Noar: It's all about finding the right balance. I believe it's important to enjoy what you do, but at the same time, I understand the responsibilities that come with being a professional football player. I try to have fun while also ensuring that I meet the expectations of the club.

Interviewer: It's great to see that you're taking steps to prolong your career by adopting healthier habits. How has this change impacted your performance on the pitch?

John Noar: I feel much better physically and mentally since adopting healthier habits. It has definitely helped me improve my performance on the pitch and I hope to continue on this path to prolong my career.

Interviewer: Finally, John, can you share with us your favorite club to play against and why?

John Noar: My favorite club to play against is BDB. The matches between our teams are always intense and exciting, and I thrive in that kind of competitive environment.

Interviewer: Thank you for the insight, John. Before we wrap up, can you share a random interesting fact about your life with our readers?

John Noar: Well, one random fact about me is that I actually used to be a professional chess player before pursuing a career in football. It's a hobby I still enjoy to this day.
