Taylan Selin: Thank you for having me. My training routine is pretty intense. I believe in pushing myself to the limit every day, whether it's on the pitch or in the gym. I don't believe in cutting corners or taking shortcuts. I want to be the best, and I know that requires sacrifice and hard work.

Interviewer: That's certainly a commendable attitude. Moving on, you mentioned that you strike a balance between maintaining good health and having fun. Can you share some of your healthy habits with us?

Taylan Selin: I try to eat well, get enough rest, and stay hydrated. I also enjoy activities like yoga and meditation to help keep my mind and body in shape. It's all about finding that balance and making sure I take care of myself, both physically and mentally.

Interviewer: It's great to hear that you prioritize both your physical and mental well-being. Now, let's talk about your favorite club to play against - GIZ. What makes these matches special for you?

Taylan Selin: Playing against GIZ is always intense and competitive. They have a strong team, and it's always a challenge to face them. I thrive on that challenge and look forward to every match against them.

Interviewer: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life with us?

Taylan Selin: Well, not many people know this, but I actually have a twin brother who also plays professional football. We're both defenders, and we've always pushed each other to be the best we can be. It's been a huge motivator for me throughout my career.
