Exclusive Interview with Porto Alegre International's Said Islam

Reporter: Thank you for sitting down with us, Said. Let's start off by talking about your recent exceptional form, despite not having played any matches this season. How have you managed to stay in top shape?

Said Islam: Thank you for having me. I believe in putting in the work, both on and off the pitch. I take my career very seriously and make sure to invest time in training and improving my skills. I also know how to have some fun and let loose once in a while to keep things balanced.

Reporter: Your healthiness has been a topic of discussion, with some questioning your ability to age well. How do you respond to those concerns?

Said Islam: I've been through it all, from partying all night before a cup final to playing through injuries and concussions. My body may not be a temple, but it's gotten me this far. I'm focused on making the most of my time on the pitch and enjoying every moment.

Reporter: You have yet to score any goals or provide assists this season. What do you attribute this lack of production to?

Said Islam: Scoring goals and providing assists are important, but my focus has always been on defending and playing as part of a team. I believe in contributing in any way I can, whether it's through goals, assists, or solid defensive play.

Reporter: Finally, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life that fans may not know?

Said Islam: One interesting fact about me is that I love playing against OLP. There's just something about facing them on the pitch that brings out the best in me. It's always a challenging and exciting match.

Reporter: Thank you for your time, Said. We look forward to seeing you back on the pitch soon.

Said Islam: Thank you. I can't wait to get back out there and continue giving my all for Porto Alegre International.
