Mulan Pan: Thank you for having me. I believe that my serious practice ethics play a big role in my performance. I dedicate a lot of time to improving my game both on and off the pitch. It's important for me to constantly work on my skills and fitness to stay at the top of my game.

Reporter: Your coach has praised you for your work ethics. How do you balance your dedication to your career with enjoying life off the pitch?

Mulan Pan: It's all about finding the right balance. While I am serious about my career and always looking to improve, I also know the importance of unwinding and enjoying life. I like to spend time with my friends and family, and sometimes indulge in some guilty pleasures like a good meal or watching a movie.

Reporter: As an experienced player, how have your habits changed over the years to ensure longevity in your career?

Mulan Pan: When I was younger, I wasn't the most health-conscious on the pitch. But as I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've started to adopt healthier habits, like eating a more balanced diet and incorporating more rest and recovery into my routine. It's all about staying fit and healthy to prolong my career.

Reporter: You mentioned enjoying playing against ROY. What is it about that club that makes it your favorite to compete against?

Mulan Pan: ROY always brings a tough challenge, and I enjoy facing strong opponents. It pushes me to work harder and showcase my defensive skills. Plus, the atmosphere during those matches is always electric, which adds to the excitement.
