Exclusive Interview with Raizes Sao Paulo Forward Josef Decker

Reporter: Josef, thank you for sitting down with us for this exclusive interview. Let's start off by talking about your recent exceptional form, despite not having played any matches this season. How have you been able to maintain such a high level of performance?
Josef Decker: Well, first of all, thank you for having me. I have always believed that football is as much mental as it is physical. Even though I haven't played any matches this season, I have been putting in the work behind the scenes to stay sharp and ready for when my opportunity comes. It's all about staying focused and believing in my abilities.
Reporter: Some critics have labeled you as lazy due to your practice ethics. How do you respond to that?
Josef Decker: Everyone has their own way of preparing for games. For me, football is important, but so is having fun and spending time with my family. I believe in balancing work and play, and I think that's what has helped me succeed in my career.
Reporter: You have a reputation for being a bit of a risk-taker when it comes to your health. How do you manage to push through injuries and concussions?
Josef Decker: I've always been a bit of a daredevil, both on and off the pitch. I believe in giving my all for my team, even if it means risking my own health. Football is a tough sport, and sometimes you have to push through the pain to achieve success.
Reporter: Lastly, Josef, can you tell us about your favorite club to play against and your favorite formation and play style?
Josef Decker: My favorite club to play against would have to be GIZ. They always bring out the best in me, and I love the challenge they present. As for my favorite formation, I prefer a 4-2-3-1 setup, with an attacking play style. I love being on the front foot and creating scoring opportunities for my team.
Reporter: Thank you for your time, Josef. It was a pleasure speaking with you.
Josef Decker: The pleasure was mine. Thank you for having me.
