Exclusive Interview with Raizes Sao Paulo's Yuta Tanaka
Reporter: Yuta, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. You haven't played any matches this season, can you tell us why?
Yuta Tanaka: Thank you for having me. Unfortunately, I picked up a minor injury during pre-season training and the coach decided it was best for me to fully recover before getting back on the pitch.
Reporter: How have you been staying fit during your time off?
Yuta Tanaka: I've been working closely with the team physiotherapist to ensure that I am fully fit and ready to play when called upon. I've also been focusing on strengthening exercises and maintaining a healthy diet to aid in my recovery.
Reporter: Your favorite club to play against is LUC, can you tell us why?
Yuta Tanaka: I've always had great battles against LUC, they bring out the best in me as a defender. It's always a tough and competitive match when we face them, which I thrive on.
Reporter: What is your favorite formation and play style?
Yuta Tanaka: I prefer playing in a 3-5-2 formation as it allows me to showcase my defensive abilities while also providing support to the midfield. As for play style, I like to keep it neutral and adapt to the situation on the pitch.
Reporter: Can you share an interesting fact about your life off the pitch?
Yuta Tanaka: I am actually an avid painter in my spare time. It helps me relax and unwind after a tough training session or match. It's a hobby that I've had since I was a child and it's something that brings me great joy.
Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Yuta. We wish you a speedy recovery and hope to see you back on the pitch soon.
Yuta Tanaka: Thank you, I appreciate the well wishes. I can't wait to get back out there and do what I love.
