Exclusive Interview with Revolucao Sao Paulo's Nylah Meraz

Reporter: Nylah, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. Let's start with your recent exceptional form despite not yet playing any matches this season. How have you been able to maintain such high standards?
Nylah: Thank you for having me. I think it all comes down to my mindset and determination. I always push myself to be the best, even if I haven't stepped onto the pitch yet. I train hard and make sure I'm always ready to perform when called upon.
Reporter: Your practice ethics have been described as putting in the work but not going above and beyond. How do you balance having fun with meeting the expectations of the club?
Nylah: It's all about finding that balance. I believe it's important to enjoy what you do and have fun, but at the same time, I know my responsibilities as a professional athlete. As long as I can meet the expectations of the club, I see no harm in having a bit of fun.
Reporter: Your healthiness has been a topic of discussion, with reports of partying before important matches and playing through injuries. How do you manage to keep performing at such a high level despite these challenges?
Nylah: It's true that I may not always take the best care of my body, but I have a strong mentality that helps me push through any obstacles. I know my limits and when to push myself, even if it means playing through pain. I believe in giving my all for the team, no matter the circumstances.
Reporter: Finally, can you share with us your favorite club to play against and why?
Nylah: I would have to say MAY. They always bring out the best in me and it's always a competitive and exciting match whenever we face off. I thrive in those high-pressure situations and it's where I feel most alive on the pitch.
Random interesting fact: Despite being a professional footballer, Nylah is also a talented musician, playing the guitar in their free time.
