Exclusive Interview with Rising Star Capri Romano
Reporter: Capri, thank you for sitting down with us today. Let's start off by talking about your recent exceptional form despite not having played any matches this season. How do you stay motivated and focused?
Capri: Thank you for having me. I believe my practice ethics play a huge role in my performance. I am serious about my career and make sure to invest time both on and off the pitch to improve my skills. My coach appreciates my work ethic, and I know when to have fun and let loose as well.
Reporter: That's great to hear. It's clear that your dedication is paying off. Can you tell us about your favorite club to play against and why?
Capri: BBZ is definitely my favorite club to play against. The atmosphere during those matches is always intense, and it pushes me to give my best on the field. Plus, the rivalry adds an extra level of excitement to the game.
Reporter: You have yet to concede a goal this season, which is quite impressive for a defender. What do you attribute this success to?
Capri: I think my favorite formation of 4-5-1 allows me to excel in my defending play style. I prioritize keeping a solid defensive line and working closely with my teammates to prevent any goals from getting past us. It's all about teamwork and communication on the field.
Reporter: Before we wrap up, can you share a random interesting fact about your life that fans may not know?
Capri: Well, funnily enough, I used to be terrified of playing in front of crowds when I first started my football career. But over time, I've learned to embrace the support and energy from the fans, and it's actually helped improve my game.
Reporter: That's a great story of personal growth. Thank you, Capri, for the insightful interview. We look forward to watching your continued success on the field with Rotorua Savages.
Capri: Thank you for having me. I appreciate the support and can't wait to see what the future holds for me and my team.
