Reporter: Good afternoon Mikael, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start off by discussing your current club, Lagos Sunshine FC. How has the transition been for you since joining the team?
Mikael: It's been a great experience so far. The team has welcomed me with open arms and I feel like I'm adapting well to the style of play here. I'm excited to get out on the pitch and show what I can do.
Reporter: That's great to hear. Despite not having played any matches this season, your recent form has been exceptional. How have you managed to stay in top shape and ready to perform?
Mikael: I've been putting in the work during training and focusing on improving my skills every day. I believe that hard work pays off and I'm determined to make an impact when I get the chance to play.
Reporter: It's clear that your dedication to the game is paying off. Can you tell us a bit about your practice ethics and how you balance work and play?
Mikael: I take my career very seriously and I know that in order to succeed, I need to put in the effort both on and off the pitch. But I also believe in enjoying life and I make sure to have fun and relax when I can.
Reporter: That's a great mindset to have. Moving on to your health habits, it seems like you're making an effort to adopt healthier habits. Can you tell us more about that?
Mikael: Yes, as a young player, I may not have been the most health-conscious, but I've learned the importance of taking care of my body as I get older. I've been cutting back on fast food and trying to eat a more balanced diet to prolong my career.
Reporter: That's a smart decision. Lastly, can you share with us your favorite club to play against and your preferred formation and play style?
Mikael: My favorite club to play against is SON and my preferred formation is 4-3-3. I also enjoy defending and contributing to the team's overall strategy on the pitch.
Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Mikael. And before we wrap up, can you tell us a random interesting fact about your life that fans may not know?
Mikael: Well, one random fact about me is that I used to be a competitive chess player before I pursued a career in football. It's a hobby that I still enjoy and I believe it helps me think strategically on the pitch.
Reporter: That's fascinating! Thank you for sharing that with us, Mikael. We wish you all the best with Lagos Sunshine FC and your future in football.
Mikael: Thank you, it's been a pleasure.
