Richard Vogel: Thank you for the praise. I always try to push myself in training and stay dedicated to my craft. I know that my time will come on the pitch, so I need to be ready when it does.
Reporter: Your coach has praised your work ethics and dedication to your career. How do you balance your seriousness with letting loose once in a while?
Richard Vogel: It's all about finding the right balance. I know that I need to work hard to improve, but I also understand the importance of taking time to relax and enjoy life. It's all about finding that equilibrium.
Reporter: Your health habits have been improving over time. Can you tell us more about the changes you have made to prolong your career?
Richard Vogel: As a young player, I didn't pay much attention to my health habits. But as I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've been eating healthier and trying to stay away from fast food. I've even started following a keto diet to stay in peak physical condition.
Reporter: You have only conceded two goals this season. What do you attribute your strong defensive record to?
Richard Vogel: I think it's a combination of hard work and good communication with my teammates. Defense is a team effort, and we all work together to keep the opposition from scoring.

Richard Vogel: I always look forward to playing against RAI. They are a strong team, and it's always a tough match. It pushes me to perform at my best and helps me improve as a player.
