Exclusive Interview with Rising Star Velissa Irvan

Reporter: Velissa, congratulations on your exceptional form this season. How does it feel to be making such an impact at such a young age?
Velissa: Thank you! It's honestly a dream come true. I've worked really hard to get to where I am, and I'm just grateful for the opportunities I've been given.
Reporter: Your coach has praised your work ethics and dedication to improving your game. Can you tell us a bit about your training routine and how you stay focused?
Velissa: I take my career very seriously, so I always make sure to put in the extra work on and off the pitch. I spend a lot of time studying game footage, practicing my skills, and working on my fitness. But I also know how to have fun and relax when I need to.
Reporter: I heard you have a favorite club to play against. Why is that?
Velissa: GIZ has always been a tough opponent for me, but I love the challenge. Playing against them pushes me to be better and I always enjoy the competition.
Reporter: Your favorite formation is 4-3-3 and you prefer a defending play style. How do you think this suits your skills as a forward?
Velissa: I believe that defense is just as important as offense in football. By helping out in defense, I can disrupt the opponent's play and create more opportunities for my team. Plus, it's always satisfying to win the ball back and start a counterattack.
Reporter: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Velissa: Well, not many people know this, but I'm actually a huge fan of cooking. I love experimenting with different recipes and trying out new dishes in my free time. It's a great way for me to unwind and relax away from the pitch.
Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Velissa. Keep up the great work on the field and in the kitchen!
Velissa: Thank you! I'll do my best.
