Hedy Weiss: Thank you for having me. It's been a combination of hard work on the training ground and the support of my teammates. Our communication and understanding on the pitch have been key in keeping a clean sheet so far.
Interviewer: Your practice ethic has been described as extremely dedicated, with a focus solely on becoming a better footballer. Can you tell us more about your approach to training and how it has evolved over the years?
Hedy Weiss: When I was younger, I used to think that football was everything and I neglected other aspects of my life. But as I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of balance and taking care of my body. I've started to focus more on my health and fitness, incorporating a keto diet and cutting down on fast food.
Interviewer: That's great to hear. It's important to prioritize your overall well-being. Now, looking ahead, what are your goals for the rest of the season with Rotorua Savages?
Hedy Weiss: Our team is currently sitting in 3rd place, but our goal is to push for the top spot. Personally, I want to continue improving as a player and help the team achieve success. We have a strong group of players and I believe we can make a real impact this season.
Interviewer: Finally, can you share a random interesting fact about your life that fans may not know about you?
Hedy Weiss: Well, when I'm not on the pitch, I actually enjoy painting. It's a great way for me to relax and express myself creatively. It's a nice contrast to the intensity of football.
