Exclusive Interview with Rotorua Savages Defender Romeo Ruggiero

Interviewer: Romeo, thank you for sitting down with us today. Let's start off by talking about your current club, Rotorua Savages. What has been your experience playing for them so far?

Romeo: It's been a great experience so far. The club has a lot of potential and I'm excited to be a part of it. I think we have a strong team and I'm looking forward to contributing to our success on the pitch.

Interviewer: You have been in exceptional form recently, despite not having played any matches this season. How have you managed to stay sharp and ready to perform when called upon?

Romeo: I've been working hard in training and making sure I stay fit and ready for when my opportunity comes. I know I need to be ready to step up and perform for the team, so I've been putting in the extra effort to make sure I'm ready when the time comes.

Interviewer: It's great to hear about your dedication to staying fit and ready to play. Can you tell us a bit about your practice ethics and how they have evolved over the years?

Romeo: As a younger player, I wasn't always the most health-conscious or dedicated to my training. But as I've gotten older and more experienced, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body and putting in the extra work to prolong my career. I've been working on adopting healthier habits, like eating a more balanced diet and focusing on my fitness outside of training sessions.

Interviewer: That's fantastic to hear. It's always important to prioritize health and fitness, especially as a professional athlete. Lastly, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Romeo: Well, something not many people know about me is that I have a passion for cooking. I love trying out new recipes and experimenting in the kitchen. It's a great way for me to relax and unwind after a tough match or training session.

Interviewer: That's a great hobby to have. Thank you for sharing that with us, Romeo. We wish you the best of luck with the rest of the season and your career with Rotorua Savages.

Romeo: Thank you, it's been a pleasure.
