Exclusive Interview with Rotorua Savages Defender Sophie Bouchard

Interviewer: Sophie, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start off by talking about your current form with Rotorua Savages. You've been exceptional on the field this season, with 14 matches played already. What do you attribute your success to?

Sophie: Thank you for having me. I think my success this season has been a combination of hard work, natural talent, and a love for the game. I may not be known for my willingness to put in extra work, but I still manage to make it work on the field.

Interviewer: That's impressive. And it's clear that you have a balanced approach to maintaining your health while still enjoying life. How do you manage to strike that balance?

Sophie: It's all about moderation for me. I try to eat well and exercise regularly, but I also believe in enjoying life and having fun. It's important to have a healthy body and mind, but it's also important to relax and spend time with my family.

Interviewer: Speaking of family, can you tell us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Sophie: Well, not many people know this, but I come from a family of artists. My parents are both painters, and I grew up surrounded by creativity. I guess that's where I get my passion for the game from – it's my art on the field.

Interviewer: That's fascinating. Finally, Sophie, with Rotorua Savages currently ranking last in the league and conceding 15 goals this season, what are your goals for the rest of the season?

Sophie: My goal is to help my team improve our ranking and our defensive record. I believe in the talent we have, and I know that we can turn things around. We just need to work together, stay focused, and never give up.

Interviewer: Thank you for your time, Sophie. We wish you and Rotorua Savages the best of luck for the rest of the season.

Sophie: Thank you, it's been a pleasure.
