Exclusive Interview with Rotorua Savages Forward Andi Dicky
Reporter: Andi, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start with your current form at Rotorua Savages. You've played 8 matches this season but have yet to score a goal. How are you feeling about your performance on the field?
Andi Dicky: Thank you for having me. It's been a tough season so far, but I always strive to improve and contribute to the team in any way I can. Scoring goals is an important part of my role as a forward, and I'm working hard to find the back of the net.
Reporter: You've mentioned that your favorite club to play against is GAU. Can you tell us why that is?
Andi Dicky: GAU is known for their strong defensive play, and I enjoy the challenge of facing off against a well-organized team. It pushes me to work even harder on the field and helps me improve my own defensive skills.
Reporter: Your team, Rotorua Savages, is currently ranked 10th out of 10 teams. What do you think needs to change for the team to climb up the standings?
Andi Dicky: We need to work on our communication and teamwork on the field. Building a strong defensive unit has been a focus for us, but we also need to be more clinical in front of goal. With hard work and dedication, I believe we can turn things around.
Reporter: Andi, you've mentioned that you are not the most health-conscious player on the pitch, but you are taking steps to adopt healthier habits. Can you tell us more about that transition?
Andi Dicky: As I've gotten older, I've come to realize the importance of taking care of my body. I've started to focus on eating a more balanced diet, including incorporating some keto meals to improve my overall fitness and longevity in the game.
Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Andi. Before we wrap up, can you tell us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Andi Dicky: Well, despite my intense focus on football, I do have a love for cooking. I find it relaxing to experiment with different recipes in my spare time.
Reporter: That's great to hear. Thank you again for the interview, Andi, and best of luck for the rest of the season with Rotorua Savages.
Andi Dicky: Thank you. I appreciate the support.
