Exclusive Interview with Rotorua Savages Forward Irna Aldi

Reporter: Thank you for taking the time to speak with us, Irna. Let's start with your current club, Rotorua Savages. What made you decide to join them at this stage in your career?
Irna: Well, I was looking for a new challenge and Rotorua Savages seemed like the perfect fit for me. I wanted to continue playing at a high level and push myself to new limits. Plus, the club has a great reputation for developing talent, so I knew I could thrive here.
Reporter: Your recent form has been exceptional, despite not playing any matches this season. How have you managed to stay in such great shape and form without game time?
Irna: It all comes down to my practice ethics. I train like there's no tomorrow, constantly pushing myself to improve. I treat my body like a temple and make sure to take care of it in every way possible. It's all about dedication and hard work.
Reporter: You mentioned sacrificing everything else around you for the sake of your football career. Do you ever regret not having any friends or fun outside of the game?
Irna: It's a sacrifice I'm willing to make. Football is my passion, my love, my life. I wouldn't trade it for anything else. Of course, it can get lonely at times, but the joy I get from playing the game outweighs everything else.
Reporter: Lastly, what's an interesting fact about your life that not many people know?
Irna: Well, I used to be a professional ballet dancer before I fully committed to football. It helped me develop my agility and grace on the field, and I still incorporate some ballet techniques into my training. It's a unique aspect of my journey as a footballer.
Reporter: That's fascinating! Thank you for sharing that with us, Irna. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors with Rotorua Savages.
Irna: Thank you for having me. It's been a pleasure.
