Exclusive Interview with Rotorua Savages Midfielder, Jeannine Ruelas
Reporter: Jeannine, thank you for sitting down with us for this exclusive interview. Let's start off by discussing your recent form. You have been exceptional on the field, but have yet to make an appearance in any matches this season. Can you tell us a bit about that?
Jeannine Ruelas: Thank you for having me. Yes, it has been a frustrating start to the season for me. I have been training hard and giving my all in practice, but for some reason, I have not been given the opportunity to showcase my skills in a match. I am hoping that will change soon because I am eager to contribute to the team's success.
Reporter: Your practice ethic is well-known, with reports of you dedicating all your time to improving as a footballer. Can you tell us more about this dedication?
Jeannine Ruelas: Football is my life. I have sacrificed everything else to pursue my dream of being a top-level player. I have no friends, no hobbies, just football. I believe that hard work and dedication are the keys to success in this sport, and I am willing to do whatever it takes to reach my goals.
Reporter: Despite your intense focus on football, you also seem to maintain a balanced approach to health and fitness. How do you manage to strike that balance?
Jeannine Ruelas: It's important to take care of your body in order to perform at your best on the field. I make sure to eat well, get enough rest, and stay hydrated. I also enjoy staying active outside of football, whether it's going for a run or doing some yoga. It's all about finding that balance between pushing yourself to the limit and taking care of yourself.
Reporter: Lastly, can you tell us about your favorite club to play against and your preferred formation and play style on the field?
Jeannine Ruelas: My favorite club to play against is MAR. There's always a competitive edge to those matches that I thrive on. As for formation, I prefer a 4-4-2 setup that allows me to be both defensively solid and a threat going forward. I love playing an attacking style of football that keeps the pressure on the opposition.
Interesting fact: Despite her intense dedication to football, Jeannine also has a secret passion for cooking and dreams of opening her own restaurant one day.
