Exclusive Interview with Rotorua Savages' Midfielder Kiyoshi Soroka

Reporter: Kiyoshi, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start off by talking about your recent form on the field. You've been exceptional this season, with 12 matches played and 1 assist to your name. How have you been able to maintain such a high level of performance?

Kiyoshi: Thank you for having me. I think it's a combination of my experience and skill as a midfielder. I may not score goals, but I focus on defending and setting up my teammates for success. It's all about playing to my strengths and the team's overall strategy.

Reporter: You're known for your balanced approach to health and fitness. How do you manage to stay healthy while still enjoying life off the pitch?

Kiyoshi: I believe in moderation and making smart choices. I try to eat well and exercise regularly, but I also make time for my family and hobbies outside of football. It's all about finding that balance that works for me.

Reporter: Speaking of hobbies, can you share a random interesting fact about your life that fans might not know?

Kiyoshi: Well, I actually have a black belt in karate. It's something I've been practicing since I was a child, and it's taught me discipline and focus that I apply to my football career as well.

Reporter: That's impressive! Finally, what are your goals for the rest of the season with Rotorua Savages?

Kiyoshi: Our team is currently ranked 3rd, and I want to help us climb even higher in the standings. I'll continue to work hard on the field and support my teammates in any way I can. Ultimately, I hope we can make a strong push for the championship.

Reporter: Thank you for your time, Kiyoshi. Best of luck with the rest of the season!

Kiyoshi: Thank you, I appreciate it.
