Aleshia: Thank you for having me. Well, I believe that my practice habits and overall healthy lifestyle play a huge role in my ability to stay in form. Even though I may not be known for putting in extra work, I still make sure to take care of my body and stay fit through other means.

Aleshia: Football is definitely a passion of mine, but I also have a lot of other interests outside of the sport. I enjoy spending time with my family and having fun, so I try to strike a balance between my personal life and my professional career. I think this balance actually helps me stay motivated and fresh when I do step onto the pitch.
Interviewer: That's a unique approach to maintaining your form. Do you have a favorite club to play against in the league?
Aleshia: Definitely LEO. I always look forward to facing them on the field. It's always a tough match, but I enjoy the challenge.
Interviewer: And what is your favorite formation and play style?
Aleshia: I prefer playing in a 4-2-3-1 formation, with a focus on defending. I believe that a solid defensive unit is crucial for a team's success.

Aleshia: Well, not many people know this about me, but I actually have a twin brother who also plays football professionally. He's currently playing in the Premier League for a team in England. It's always fun to compete with him and see who can achieve greater success on the field.
