Exclusive Interview with Sarabi SC's Leander Paris

Reporter: Thank you for taking the time to speak with us, Leander. Let's start with your current form this season. Despite not having played any matches, how are you feeling physically and mentally prepared for when you do step onto the pitch?
Leander Paris: Well, I may not have played any matches yet this season, but I have been keeping myself fit and ready to go. I know my body isn't in the best shape, but I always find a way to make it work when it matters the most.
Reporter: Your practice ethics have been a topic of discussion in the past. Some have labeled you as lazy, while others appreciate your ability to balance football with other interests. How do you respond to these criticisms?
Leander Paris: Football is important to me, but so is having fun and spending time with my family. I may not always put in the extra work, but I believe in enjoying life outside of the game as well. People can call me lazy, but I like to think of myself as having a wide range of interests.
Reporter: Speaking of injuries and concussions, you've powered through them in the past. How do you maintain your healthiness despite not always treating your body like a temple?
Leander Paris: I have definitely had my fair share of injuries, but I always try to push through them and keep going. My body may not be in the best shape, but I believe in playing through the pain and giving my all for the team.
Reporter: Let's talk about your favorite club to play against, AVL. What is it about facing them that brings out the best in you?
Leander Paris: There's just something about playing against AVL that motivates me. They are a tough team to beat, but I always relish the challenge of facing them on the pitch.
Reporter: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life that fans may not know?
Leander Paris: One interesting fact about me is that I have a passion for cooking. I love experimenting in the kitchen and trying out new recipes whenever I have the chance.
Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Leander. We wish you the best of luck for the rest of the season with Sarabi SC.
Leander Paris: Thank you, it was a pleasure speaking with you.
