Shigeo Kin: My body is my most important asset, and I treat it as such. I follow a strict routine, from my diet to my sleep habits, to ensure that I am always in peak condition. I have turned down many opportunities for fun or new challenges because I know that my longevity as a footballer depends on taking care of myself.
Reporter: It's clear that football is everything to you. Do you ever find time for hobbies or relationships outside of the game?
Shigeo Kin: Honestly, not really. Football is my sole focus. I have sacrificed many things in my life to pursue this career, including friendships and personal interests. But to me, it's all worth it if it means achieving my goals on the pitch.

Shigeo Kin: Well, something that might surprise people is that I have a twin sister who is also a professional footballer. She plays for a team in Japan, and we have always shared a deep passion for the sport. It's something special that we have in common.
