Exclusive Interview with Sons of the Sahya Defender Kyston Sandberg
Reporter: Kyston, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. You've been in exceptional form this season, what do you attribute your success to?
Kyston: Thank you for having me. I think it's a combination of hard work and just enjoying the game. I love what I do and I think that passion translates onto the field.
Reporter: Your practice ethics have been described as balanced. How do you manage to find that equilibrium between work and play?
Kyston: I think it's important to have a good balance in life. I put in the work when I need to, but I also make sure to enjoy myself and have fun. It's all about finding that middle ground.
Reporter: You seem to have a good health regimen, how do you stay healthy while still enjoying yourself?
Kyston: I think it's all about moderation. I make sure to eat well, exercise regularly, and get enough rest. But I also don't deny myself the occasional treat or night out with friends.
Reporter: Your favorite club to play against is OIL. What is it about that matchup that excites you?
Kyston: OIL always brings out the best in us. It's a tough matchup, but I love the challenge. It's always a great game when we face off against them.
Reporter: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life that fans may not know?
Kyston: Well, I actually used to be a striker before transitioning to a defender. People are always surprised when they find that out. It's been a journey, but I'm happy with where I am now.
