Gerhard: Football is my life. I live and breathe it every single day. I train relentlessly to improve my skills and become a better player. Sacrifices have to be made, but it's all worth it in pursuit of my goal to thrive as a footballer.

Gerhard: As I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've made adjustments to my diet and lifestyle to ensure that I can continue playing at a high level for as long as possible. It has definitely made a difference in my overall health and performance.
