Exclusive Interview with Sons of the Sahya Midfielder Stacey Nestor
Reporter: Stacey, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start off by talking about your recent form. You've been exceptional on the pitch, with fans and critics alike praising your performances. How do you feel about your current form?
Stacey Nestor: Thank you for having me. I'm really pleased with how things are going on the pitch. My confidence is high, and I'm enjoying playing the game and helping my team. I just need to start converting some of those chances into goals.
Reporter: Speaking of goals, you haven't scored any this season. Is that something that bothers you?
Stacey Nestor: Of course, as a midfielder, I always aim to contribute to the team's success by scoring goals or providing assists. But I'm not too worried about it. I know that the goals will come if I keep working hard and playing my game.
Reporter: Your practice ethics have been described as not the hardest worker, but not the worst either. How do you balance having fun with maintaining a good level of fitness and performance?
Stacey Nestor: I think it's important to find a balance between work and play. I enjoy my time on the pitch, but I also understand the importance of putting in the work to improve. I make sure to take care of my body and stay healthy, so I can continue to perform at my best.
Reporter: And finally, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Stacey Nestor: Well, not many people know this, but I'm actually an avid painter in my free time. I find it to be a great way to relax and express myself creatively. It's a nice escape from the pressures of professional football.
Reporter: That's fascinating! Thank you for sharing that with us, Stacey. We wish you all the best for the rest of the season.
Stacey Nestor: Thank you, it's been a pleasure.
