Reporter: Allegra, thank you for sitting down with us today. Let's start off by talking about your recent form. Despite not having played any matches this season, how do you feel about your current skill level?

Allegra: Thank you for having me. I believe my skills are still top-notch. I may be getting up there in age, but I still feel like I can contribute to the team when given the opportunity.

Reporter: Your practice ethics have been praised by your coach. How do you balance your serious approach to the game with letting loose once in a while?

Allegra: It's all about finding the right balance. I know when to put in the hard work and when to relax a bit. It's important to take care of my body, even though I may not always do the best job at it.

Reporter: Speaking of your body, you've been through quite a lot in your career. How do you manage to keep going despite injuries and other setbacks?

Allegra: It's all part of the game. I've learned to push through the pain and stay focused on my goals. I may not age well physically, but mentally I'm still sharp.

Allegra: COB always puts on a good show for the fans, and I love the competitive edge they bring to the game. It's always a tough battle when we face off, but I thrive in those high-pressure situations.
