I'm willing to sacrifice everything else to thrive as a footballer, even if that means working all day and not having any friends or fun. I'll do everything to get better, everything. As for my recent form, I've been training hard both on and off the pitch, taking steps to adopt healthier habits to prolong my career.
Reporter: Speaking of habits, can you share with us how you maintain a healthy lifestyle as a footballer?
Tuana Ela: I wasn't the most health-conscious on the pitch as a young player, but with age and experience, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've been eating less fast food and more keto-friendly meals, and I hit the gym regularly to stay in shape.
Reporter: You mentioned that you like clubs that put on a good show for the fans. Can you tell us more about your favorite club to play against?
Tuana Ela: My favorite club to play against is SON. They have a great fan base, and the atmosphere in their stadium is always electric. It's always a challenge, but I love it.
Reporter: Lastly, can you tell us about your favorite formation and play style?
Tuana Ela: My favorite formation is 4-5-1, and my preferred play style is defending. I believe in the importance of a strong defense, and I love the challenge of shutting down the opposition's attack.
