Exclusive Interview with Valparaiso Mariners AC Defender, Dashiell Levesque
Interviewer: Dashiell, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. Let's start off by discussing your experiences at Valparaiso Mariners AC. How has it been playing for the club so far?
Dashiell: It's been a challenging but rewarding experience. I joined the club because I saw their determination to win at all costs, and that's exactly the kind of environment I thrive in. I'm always looking to improve and help the team succeed, no matter what it takes.
Interviewer: Your recent form has been exceptional, with only 9 goals conceded this season. What do you attribute your success to?
Dashiell: I believe it all comes down to my work ethic. I dedicate myself fully to football, and I'm constantly looking for ways to become a better player. It's all about sacrificing everything else in life to pursue my ultimate goal of thriving as a footballer.
Interviewer: Speaking of goals, what is your ultimate goal in your career as a footballer?
Dashiell: My ultimate goal is to become the best defender in the world. I want to be known for my exceptional skills and my ability to shut down any opponent. That's what drives me every day.
Interviewer: That's an ambitious goal, Dashiell. Is there a specific team or player you look up to in terms of your playing style?
Dashiell: I've always admired the defensive prowess of players like Sergio Ramos and Virgil van Dijk. They are incredibly strong and smart defenders, and I strive to emulate their play style on the pitch.
Interviewer: Before we wrap up, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Dashiell: Well, despite my intense focus on football, I do have a soft spot for animals. I volunteer at a local animal shelter in my spare time, helping to care for and find homes for abandoned pets. It's a nice way for me to relax and unwind when I'm not training or playing.
