Reporter: Ferdinand, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. Let's start with your current club, Valparaiso Mariners AC. How are you finding your experience there so far?

Ferdinand: It's been great. The club has been supportive and the fans have been amazing. I'm really enjoying my time here.

Reporter: You've been in exceptional form recently, what do you attribute that to?

Ferdinand: I think it's a combination of hard work and dedication. I have a strict practice routine and I always push myself to be better. My goal is to thrive as a footballer, and I will do whatever it takes to achieve that.

Reporter: You mentioned that you like clubs that pay their players well. Is that a factor in your decision to potentially leave Valparaiso Mariners AC?

Ferdinand: It's definitely something I consider. I believe that as professional athletes, we should be compensated fairly for our hard work and dedication.

Reporter: You seem to have a very disciplined approach to your career. Do you ever allow yourself any time for fun or relaxation?

Ferdinand: Not really. My focus is solely on football. I don't have time for friends or other activities. I treat my body like my most important asset and I'm willing to make sacrifices to ensure I have a long, healthy career.

Reporter: One last question, what is one interesting fact about your life that fans might not know?

Ferdinand: Well, I used to be a top student in school before I decided to pursue a career in football. Education is important to me, but my passion for the game was stronger.

Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Ferdinand. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
