Exclusive Interview with Valparaiso Mariners AC Defender Klara Schaefer

Klara Schaefer: Well, I think it's just a combination of natural talent and a love for the game. I may not always put in the extra work, but when I step onto the field, I give it my all.
Interviewer: You've been known to have a wide range of interests outside of football. How do you balance your personal life with your professional career?
Klara Schaefer: It's all about finding a healthy balance. Football is important to me, but so is spending time with my family and having fun. I believe that being well-rounded off the field only helps me perform better on it.
Interviewer: You have a reputation for playing through injuries and even partying before big games. How do you maintain your health and performance on the field?
Klara Schaefer: I've always had a high pain tolerance and a strong mentality. I believe that as long as I take care of my body and stay focused, I can overcome any obstacle that comes my way.
Interviewer: What is your favorite aspect of the game? Is it the competition, the teamwork, or something else?
Klara Schaefer: I love the attacking play style. I thrive on the adrenaline rush of going forward and creating scoring opportunities for my team. It's what makes football so exciting for me.
Interviewer: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life that fans may not know?
Klara Schaefer: Well, I actually have a black belt in karate. It's something I pursued before football, and it has definitely helped me on the field in terms of discipline and focus.
