Loy Hess: Thank you for having me. I think a lot of it comes down to experience and being able to read the game better. I've also been working on my health and fitness, adopting a more balanced diet and taking care of my body better. It's definitely paying off.

Interviewer: That's great to hear. Speaking of your practice ethics, you're known for being a solid defender but not the hardest worker off the pitch. How do you balance having fun with meeting the expectations of your club?

Loy Hess: It's all about finding the right balance. I love what I do and I always give my best on the pitch. But I also believe in enjoying life and taking time to relax and unwind. It's important to have a good mental state in order to perform at your best.

Interviewer: It's clear that your approach is working for you. What about your favorite club to play against, CCC? What makes those matches special for you?

Loy Hess: CCC always brings out the best in me. They're a tough team to play against and it's always a challenge, but I thrive in those situations. It pushes me to improve and gives me a chance to showcase my skills as a defender.

Interviewer: And finally, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Loy Hess: Well, not many people know this, but I have a passion for cooking. I love experimenting in the kitchen and coming up with new recipes. It's a great way for me to unwind and relax after a tough match.
