Raheem Hazard: Thank you for having me. My practice ethics are everything to me. I will do whatever it takes to improve and thrive as a footballer. For me, there are no friends, no fun. Just work all day, every day. That's the only way I know how to succeed in this sport.

Raheem Hazard: Defending is my favorite play style, so I always put in the extra effort to make sure I am at the top of my game. I study my opponents, work on my positioning, and constantly strive to improve my skills. It's all about staying focused and disciplined on the pitch.
Reporter: As a mature player, you have been taking steps to prolong your career by adopting healthier habits. Can you tell us about this transition and how it has impacted your performance on the field?
Raheem Hazard: As I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've started to eat healthier, focusing on a keto diet and staying away from fast food. It has definitely helped me feel better physically and mentally, which has translated into better performance on the pitch.

Raheem Hazard: One interesting fact about me is that I have a secret passion for cooking. When I'm not training or playing matches, you can often find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes and techniques. It's a nice way for me to relax and unwind from the pressures of the game.
