Exclusive Interview with Valparaiso Mariners AC Forward Ryujin Cheon
Reporter: Ryujin Cheon, it's great to have you here today. Let's start by talking about your recent form. You've been exceptional on the field lately. What do you attribute that to?
Ryujin Cheon: Thank you. I've been working really hard in training and focusing on my game. My only goal is to thrive as a footballer, even if that means sacrificing everything else around me.
Reporter: Wow, that's quite a commitment. What do you like the most in clubs in general?
Ryujin Cheon: I like clubs that want to win at all costs. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to help my team win.
Reporter: Speaking of winning, you haven't played any matches this season. Can you tell us why?
Ryujin Cheon: Unfortunately, I picked up an injury in training that has kept me out of action. But I'm working hard to get back to full fitness as soon as possible.
Reporter: You mentioned your commitment to training. Can you tell us more about your practice ethics?
Ryujin Cheon: I will do everything I can to get better. Everything. My only focus is on football, even if that means sacrificing my social life. No friends, no fun. Just work all day every day.
Reporter: That's certainly a dedicated approach. What about your healthiness?
Ryujin Cheon: I've done it all. I've partied all night before a cup final, powered through injuries and concussions. My body is more of a ruin than a temple, but I'm willing to do whatever it takes to succeed.
Reporter: Interesting. What's your favorite club to play against?
Ryujin Cheon: That would have to be SUN. There's always a great atmosphere when we play them, and they're a strong team.
Reporter: And finally, what's your favorite formation and play style?
Ryujin Cheon: I like playing in a 3-5-2 formation, and I love attacking play style. I always want to be involved in the action and create chances for my team.
Reporter: Well, thank you for sharing with us today, Ryujin. One last thing before we go - can you share a random interesting fact about your life?
Ryujin Cheon: Sure. I actually used to be a professional gamer before I turned to football. I was one of the best in the country at a popular online game. But then I realized my true passion was for football, and I've been pursuing that ever since.
