Exclusive Interview with Valparaiso Mariners AC Midfielder Ela Berra
Reporter: Ela, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. Let's start off by talking about your current club, Valparaiso Mariners AC. What do you like most about playing for them?
Ela Berra: Well, I have to say that one of the things I appreciate the most about clubs in general is when they pay their players well. It shows that they value their talent and hard work, so that's definitely a plus for me.
Reporter: You haven't had the opportunity to play any matches this season. Can you tell us why that is?
Ela Berra: Unfortunately, I've been dealing with a few minor injuries that have kept me off the pitch. But I'm working hard to get back to full fitness and hopefully make an impact in the upcoming matches.
Reporter: Speaking of fitness, how do you take care of your health as you get older in your career?
Ela Berra: As a young player, I wasn't the most health-conscious on the pitch. But with age and experience, I've started to adopt healthier habits. I'm trying to cut back on fast food and follow a more keto-friendly diet to prolong my career.
Reporter: That's great to hear. Now, let's talk about your favorite club to play against. Why do you enjoy facing SLB?
Ela Berra: SLB has always been a tough opponent, but I thrive in challenging matches. It pushes me to give my best on the pitch and I enjoy the competition.
Reporter: Lastly, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Ela Berra: One interesting fact about me is that I love to paint in my free time. It's a great way for me to relax and express myself creatively.
Reporter: Thank you for sharing that, Ela. We wish you all the best for the rest of the season.
