Jaeson: I make sure to eat well, get enough rest, and stay hydrated. I also enjoy staying active outside of training, whether it's going for a run or playing a pick-up game with friends.

Jaeson: Well, I actually have a passion for cooking. I love experimenting with different ingredients and creating new dishes. It's a great way for me to relax and unwind after a tough match.

Jaeson: My main goal is to help the team secure a top spot in the league standings. I want to continue contributing to our attacking play and hopefully score some goals along the way.
