Exclusive Interview with Valparaiso Mariners AC Midfielder Kekai Moke

Reporter: Kekai, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. How are you feeling?

Kekai: Thank you for having me. I'm feeling a bit frustrated with my current injury, but I'm doing everything I can to get back on the pitch as soon as possible.

Reporter: Can you tell us more about your injury and when we can expect to see you back in action?

Kekai: Unfortunately, I suffered a muscle strain during training last week, and the medical team has advised me to take some time off to recover. I'm hoping to be back in training within the next couple of weeks and back in the squad shortly after that.

Reporter: That must be frustrating, especially since you haven't played any matches this season. How are you staying motivated during this time?

Kekai: It's definitely tough, but I'm using this time to focus on my rehabilitation and make sure I come back stronger than ever. I've been working closely with the physiotherapists and following their advice to the letter.

Reporter: You have a reputation for being an exceptional midfielder with a strong work ethic. How do you balance your dedication to the game with your love for having fun?

Kekai: It's all about finding the right balance. I know when to put in the hard work on the training ground, but I also make sure to enjoy my time off and have fun with my teammates. It's important to have a good time and relax, but I always make sure it doesn't affect my performance on the pitch.

Reporter: Lastly, can you share an interesting fact about your life that fans may not know about you?

Kekai: Well, I actually have a twin brother who also plays professional football. We grew up playing together and have always pushed each other to be the best we can be. It's been a great journey, and I'm grateful for all the experiences we've shared.

Reporter: That's fascinating! Thank you for sharing that with us, Kekai. We wish you a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing you back in action soon.

Kekai: Thank you, I appreciate the well wishes. I can't wait to get back on the pitch and help my team achieve success.
