Exclusive Interview with Valparaiso Mariners AC Midfielder Stina Lundgren

Stina Lundgren: Thank you for having me. I think my success this season is a combination of hard work on the pitch and having fun while playing. Football is important to me, but I also value spending time with my family and pursuing other interests. I may not be known for putting in extra work, but I find a balance that works for me.

Reporter: That's an interesting approach. How do you stay healthy and maintain a good level of fitness while still enjoying your other interests?

Stina Lundgren: I believe in striking a balance between maintaining a healthy lifestyle and having fun. I have healthy habits and try to take care of my body, but I also enjoy indulging in the things I love. It's all about finding a happy medium.

Reporter: What's your favorite club to play against and why?

Stina Lundgren: I always enjoy playing against SLB. They're a tough team, and the competition is always intense. It pushes me to perform at my best and gives me a thrill every time we face off.

Reporter: Can you tell us a bit about your favorite formation and play style?

Stina Lundgren: I prefer playing in a 4-2-3-1 formation, and my play style is more neutral. I like to adapt to the game and make decisions based on the situation at hand. I think it keeps my opponents on their toes and allows me to be versatile on the pitch.

Reporter: Finally, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life off the pitch?

Stina Lundgren: One interesting fact about me is that I have a passion for cooking. I love experimenting with new recipes and creating delicious meals for my family and friends. It's a creative outlet for me outside of football.
