Exclusive Interview with Yasmin Alcantar, Lagos Sunshine FC Defender

Reporter: Yasmin, congratulations on your exceptional form this season with Lagos Sunshine FC. How do you feel about your performance so far?
Yasmin: Thank you! I'm really pleased with how things are going on the pitch. I've been able to contribute to the team's success and that's always a great feeling.
Reporter: Your practice ethics have come under scrutiny, with some labeling you as lazy. How do you respond to that criticism?
Yasmin: I think it's important to strike a balance between hard work and enjoying life outside of football. I may not put in extra hours on the training ground, but I still give my best during matches and make sure to stay fit and ready to play.
Reporter: You've been known to push through injuries and play in important matches despite not being in peak physical condition. How do you manage to do that?
Yasmin: Football is my passion and I always want to be out there on the pitch helping my team. I try to take care of myself as best as I can, but sometimes you have to push through the pain for the love of the game.
Reporter: Is there a specific team or player that you enjoy playing against the most?
Yasmin: I always look forward to facing off against LUC. It's a fierce rivalry and the games are always intense and exciting.
Reporter: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Yasmin: Well, not many people know this, but I am also a talented artist. I love to paint and sketch in my free time, it's a great way for me to relax and express myself creatively.
Reporter: Thank you for your time, Yasmin. Good luck with the rest of the season!
Yasmin: Thank you, it's been a pleasure.
